Well it seems each week is a big week. That makes it fun. After reading several previews, here's what I'll be looking for.
- I believe the tight ends have to get involved, and that means Greg Boone. With a young QB, a TE can be his best friend. UNC has talented LBs, give them one more thing to worry about.
- Kam and Davon have to be solid. UNC can throw the ball, supposedly their strength. The Hokie safeties are no doubt talented, they need to be smart.
- Can Tyrod not make the 'bad' play? I have no doubt TT will have some highlight plays. Yeah, I know Butch Davis is going to stack the line, force him to throw, blah blah blah, but TT will make some plays. The question is, can he avoid the bad INT or fumble at the wrong time?
- Who's going to run the ball for VT? I hope on Sunday morning we are all happy with whoever it is, as long as one of the tailbacks has a 90+ yard day.
Anyway, I think the Tar Heels know if they are ever going to beat the Hokies, this is the year to do it, at home. Last week I was convinced VT would lose. This week, I see the Hokies coming home with a victory.
One more question for you guys, how many of you care about the Ryder Cup? Will you interrupt any college football watching for golf? Me, I'll wait until Sunday.

Having a tailback have 90+ yards is key. Also our D really got shredded by GT and the O didn’t generate much in the terms of numbers except for the number that counts, the score. If both sides of the ball don’t improve we will lose this game easily.
Glad you like my blog… I will link to your site if you link to mine.
i’m watching the UNC game now and am I missing something? why is Evans not in the game? Its the end of the 1rst quarter and he doesn’t have a single rushing attempt. Are rushing leader for 2008 is NOT in the game?! … unbelievable …
He turned it on in the end, but you still feel like he didn’t play enought. Kenny Lewis had the nice TD run but to the untrained eye DE just seems to add so much more.
